All the walks begin at 6.45pm and feature a canal or river. They last about two hours. The pace is gentle and undemanding, with drop-out points if required, and therefore suitable for those who want a shorter distance than the average weekend ramble, aithough all are welcome. There are frequent stops along the route and places of interest pointed out. As before, those with time to spare will be able to extend their evening at walks end at a suitable hostelry.
